To ensure the highest level of security and minimize unexpected disruptions, we schedule quarterly maintenance events. The ZOLL emsCharts quarterly maintenance will take place starting:
December 2, 2025 11:00 PM ET
to
December 3, 2025, 4:00 AM ET
So that no data is lost, we request that all users log out of ZOLL emsCharts by 10:45 pm ET on June 10. Maintenance will begin promptly at 11:00 pm ET. System messages will be updated on the website to alert users to log out of ZOLL emsCharts for Web. Throughout the night of December 2-3, we will be performing scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and performance of our back-end systems. This five-hour maintenance window will affect connectivity to ZOLL emsCharts Web. ZOLL emsCharts NOW, ZOLL emsCharts for Windows, and SyncPad users will be able to continue to chart offline but will not be able to upload charts or download configuration updates until after the maintenance window has ended.
Remote Downloader, ZOLL Care Exchange, and CAD interface users:
Please restart your interface after the scheduled downtime has ended, and please make sure that your dispatch center is aware of this downtime requirement for CAD.
ZOLL emsCharts NOW, ZOLL emsCharts for Windows, and SyncPad users:
You may continue to capture patient records during the downtime; however, you will not be able to upload until the maintenance time has ended.
ZOLL emsCharts NOW users should place their device in airplane mode to log in during the maintenance event.
