Scheduled - IMPORTANT:
This event will introduce new IPs for interfaces using ZOLL's Remote Downloader.
Interfaces using Redox are not affected.
For continuity of Remote Downloader interfaces:
* If you use DNS/URL-based allow listing, whitelist FQDN *.emscharts.com
* If you whitelist IPs, get the current list via command prompt by entering "nslookup whitelist.emscharts.com". This will always reflect the current required IP addresses.
Start: Wed April 22, 2026, 3:00 AM ET
End: Wed April 22, 2026, 6:00 AM ET
Remote Downloader users, please:
* Implement any required IP whitelist changes before April 22.
* Restart your interface after the scheduled maintenance has ended.
