To align with evolving cybersecurity best practices, ZOLL has implemented updates to RescueNet 12-Lead and its associated application components. These updates only affect customers who use the Import/Export Agent or the Notification Client. If the latest versions are not installed by April 7th 2026, these components will no longer function.
To download the latest versions, log into ZOLL Online, navigate to the RescueNet 12-Lead application, select Settings > Downloads, and click the appropriate download link.
Required Actions 1. Download and install ZOLL Notification Client 14.11.0.84 or newer. 2. Download and install ZOLL RescueNet 12-Lead Import/Export Agent Service 14.11.0.112 or newer.
NOTE: Configuration must be updated after installation.
